Ingredients:
6 salmon fillets, skin removed (approx. 4-5 oz each) (±115-140 g each)
6 tbsp teriyaki sauce (±90 ml)
1 tbsp olive oil (±15 ml)
1 tbsp sesame seeds (±15 ml)
3 cups cooked rice for serving (±600 g)
Directions:
Brush a 9×13 in. (23 x 33 cm) baking dish with olive oil.
Place salmon fillets in baking dish, and brush teriyaki sauce on both sides of the fillet, ½ tbsp (7 ml) on each side, and let marinate for 30 min.
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Bake salmon for 12-15 min., or until salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
