Ingredients

8 oz. fettuccine pasta
4 oz. cream cheese, softened and cubed
1 cup parmesan cheese, shredded
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp. salt

Optional Variations:

1 cup shredded chicken
¼ cup crumbled bacon
1 cup diced ham
½ cup spinach

Directions

Place pasta in Microwave Pasta Maker and fill with water halfway.
Microwave on high power uncovered for 9-10 minutes or until al dente.
Once pasta is cooked, cover and strain, reserve pasta water to make the sauce.
While pasta is still hot, add cream cheese, parmesan cheese, garlic powder and salt. Add ½ cup of pasta water and stir to combine. If needed, add more pasta water to obtain desired consistency. Discard remaining pasta water.
Add optional variations if desired, mix well and serve warm.
