Ingredients
2 2/3 cup self-rising flour
1 ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
1 tbsp. corn meal
¾ cup pizza sauce
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
2 tbsp. banana peppers, sliced
2 tbsp. green bell peppers, sliced
¼ cup sliced white mushrooms
¼ cup pepperoni, sliced
Basil for garnish
Directions
Preheat oven to 425F/220C.
In Thatsa Jr Bowl, mix flour and yogurt until well combined. Knead with hands until a consistent dough forms. Let rest for 5 minutes.
Sprinkle corn meal onto base of Silicone Tart Form, then place dough on top in a single layer pushing it up the sides to form a crust.
Add toppings and bake for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown.
Let cool 2-3 minutes, unmold, slice and serve.
