Ingredients
2 rolled up piecrusts
4 tbsp. of choice such as jam
1 large egg, whisked
1 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp. milk of choice
Directions
Preheat oven to 350F/180C.
Roll out piecrust one at a time, on the Silicone Baking Sheet with Rim.
Use back of a knife to cut the rounded edges and make a large rectangle. Then cut this into four equal shaped rectangles.
Add 1 tbsp. to each rectangle and spread into an even layer.
Roll out remaining piecrust, cut in same rectangular shaped then top each portion with an equal sized piece.
Close the edges with a fork then brush with egg.
Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
Meanwhile make glaze by mixing remaining ingredients in small bowl.
Transfer glaze to Deco Pen and decorate pi-tarts as desired. Serve immediately.
