Ingredients
1 lb. asparagus, washed and trimmed
3 tbsp. unsalted butter
3 garlic cloves, minced
Juice of 1 lemon
Salt to taste
Directions
In Daily Universal Frypan, melt butter over medium low heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Add asparagus and cook for 2-3 minutes until bright green. Add lemon juice, salt and continue mixing to coat in butter garlic mixture. Remove from heat and serve.
