Ingredients
½ bunch fresh mint, finely chopped
1 small red onion, finely sliced
Juice of 1 lime
1 ¼ cup feta cheese, crumbled
¼ watermelon, diced into 1 inch cubes
Directions
In Thatsa medium bowl, combine mint, red onion, lime juice and feta.
Fold in watermelon and carefully combine to coat. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
