1 block – 16 oz./454 g Velveeta cheese, cubed
1 can – 10 oz./283 g Can diced tomatoes and green chilies, undrained
¼ cup Amber beer
DirectionsPreparePlace cubed cheese in 1 3/4 qt./1.75 L casserole Tupperwave Stack Cooker. Add can of diced tomatoes, with liquid and cover.Melt and stir Place in microwave and cook at full power for 3 minutes. At the end of cooking time, uncover and stir until well combined.Add beer and cook Add beer, cover and return to microwave and cook for an additional 2 minutes.Mix and serve At the end of cooking time, mix well and serve.
