Ingredients
2 heads of romaine lettuce, rinsed & chopped
1 ¾ cup chickpeas
3 tbsp. goat cheese
1/3 cup sliced almonds
1 cup sliced strawberries
Pinch of black pepper
¼ cup pickled shallots
Directions
Mix and serve
Add all ingredients to large bowl and toss to combine. Serve immediately.
