Ingredients

56 oz. canned crushed tomatoes
1 onion, minced
2 garlic cloves, minced
cup low-sodium vegetable broth
3 tbsp. light brown sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. ground black pepper
½ cup heavy cream

Directions

Combine all ingredients, except for heavy cream, in base of Microwave Pressure Cooker. Cover, lock in place and microwave on high power 15 minutes.
At the end of cooking time, allow pressure to release naturally.
Remove cover and add heavy cream. Stir to combine and serve warm.
