Ingredients

1 ½-cup heavy cream
½ cup granulated sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
20 ladyfinger cookies
2 cups espresso coffee, chilled
Semisweet chocolate baking bar or cocoa powder

Directions

In base of Whip N Mix Chef, add heavy cream, sugar and vanilla. Turn handle on gear I until thickened, then add cream cheese, turn to gear II and continue turning handle until well combined.
Dip each ladyfinger cookie into espresso coffee and arrange in base of UltraPro 2-Qt./2L Casserole Pan in a single layer.
Spread half of the cream cheese mixture on top of the ladyfingers and spread evenly, then add cocoa powder or shredded chocolate.
Repeat set 2-3, cover and let set in fridge overnight or at least 12 hours. Serve cold.
