Ingredients

½-cup unsalted butter
2 cups prepared pancake mix
2 tbsp. hazelnut chocolate spread
¼-cup banana slices
¼-cup diced strawberries
¼-cup vanilla yogurt
¼-cup blueberries
½-cup scrambled eggs
¼-cup shredded cheese
Hot sauce
2 slices of bacon

Directions

Heat Chef Series II 12”/30cm Griddle over medium low heat and add 1 tbsp. butter.
Cook three pancake portions at a time, then flip to finish cooking; about 2-3 minutes on each side. Repeat with remaining pancake batter. Let cool slightly.
Assemble the pancake tacos by adding the fillings to each pancake.
To make the chocolate strawberry pancake tacos: Place pancake on a plate, add 1 tbsp. hazelnut chocolate spread, then half of the banana slices and half of the strawberries.
To make yogurt berry tacos: Place pancake on a plate, add half of the yogurt and half of the blueberries.
To make savory egg tacos: Place pancake on plate, add half of the eggs and cheese, a few dashes of hot sauce and one slice of bacon.
Repeat steps 4-7 until all ingredients are used. Serve immediately.
