Ingredients

1 bunch basil
15 ml pine nuts (±1 tbsp)
1 small garlic clove (peeled)
75 ml olive oil (±5 tbsp)
30 ml grated Parmesan
cheese (±2 tbsp)
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Chop basil leaves, pine nuts and garlic together using the SuperSonic Chopper Compact.
Add remaining ingredients, cover and blend until smooth.

Serve this pesto with pasta, salads, grilled fish or poultry.
Variant: Basil can be replaced with arugula, baby kale or baby spinach.
