Sweet Cornbread Recipe

Ingredients
15.25 oz. can Whole kernel corn
½ cup Sweetened condensed milk
1 Large egg
1 tsp. Baking powder
¼ cup All-purpose flour
2 tbsp. Unsalted butter, softened
Pinch Salt
DirectionsCombine ingredientsAdd all ingredients to base of SuperSonic Chopper Tall with blade attachment and pull cord until well combined and mostly smooth.Cook and serve
Place Pro Ring in MICROPRO® GRILL and add half the batter. Place cover in grill position and microwave at 70% power for 10 mins.
Let cool slightly before unmolding.
Repeat with remaining batter and serve with additional sweetened condensed milk and ground cinnamon on top.
