Ingredients

14 oz. extra firm tofu, drained
½ tsp. ground turmeric
½ tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. vegan butter
1 Roma tomato, deseeded and diced small

Directions

Place drained tofu in medium bowl and use Whisk to break apart. Add turmeric, garlic, onion powder and salt. Mix well to combine.
Add butter to Daily Universal Frypan over medium heat, then quickly add in tofu and saute for 3 to 5 minutes, stirring consistently.
Add tomato and continue stirring for an additional 2-3 minutes. Serve warm with toast.
