Whipped Pumpkin Spice Coffee Recipe

Ingredients
¼ cup instant coffee granules
4 tbsp. granulated sugar
¼-cup warm water
1 ½ cups whole milk
2 tbsp. pumpkin puree
1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
Directions
In base of Whip N Mix Chef, place instant coffee, sugar and warm water. Turn handle on gear I until creamy and doubled in sized, about 5 minutes.
In 2-cup Micro Pitcher, mix remaining ingredients. Cover and microwave for 30 seconds and stir to combine.
To serve, add ice in Clearly Elegant Tumbler and a scoop of whipped coffee. Pour in ½-cup steamed pumpkin milk mixture. Stir and serve.
