HOW TO USE

Assemble the straw: Attach the silicone spring extension to the straw by rotating the straight part (marked with the T logo) onto the straw.

Insert the straw: With the flexible part facing down, put the straw into the bottle.

Close the cap: The straw’s curved, flexible bottom bends when closing the bottle—helping the straw fit seamlessly inside without having to touch it.

Sip, sip, ahhh: To take a sip, open the cap, and the straw will automatically pop up.

Hydrate fully with one refill: Fill the bottle to the 1 L level in the morning and then refill it once in the afternoon to work towards your 2 L daily hydration goal. Use the AM and PM markers to keep you on track throughout the day.

CARE

Clean: While all parts of the bottle are dishwasher safe, we recommend washing the bottle and cap with a bottle brush and the straw and its silicone spring with a straw brush to ensure a thorough clean. Add warm water and a little dish soap before brushing thoroughly. We recommend washing all pieces daily.

Avoid heat and carbonation: The Tupperware^®AquaVibe™ 1.2L Bottle shouldn’t be used with hot beverages like coffee or carbonated drinks like seltzer.
