With an innovative overflow-preventing insert and cover, cooking rice or other grains in the microwave has never been easier or more convenient.

Our Microwave Rice Maker is a game changer! With its microwave-safe, heat-resistant material, you can now cook rice and grains in the microwave.

The overflow guard allows mess-free and unsupervised cooking in the microwave while a tight closing, steam release cover prevents leaks and overflow, giving you peace of mind.

This versatile Rice Maker allows you to cook up to 1¼ cups/250 g of various raw grains, including rice, bulgur, quinoa, couscous, or polenta. (Volume after cooking will vary for different grains.)

Simply add rice or grains into the base. Rinse and drain using the insert as a strainer, then add the correct amount of water according to the guidelines, and cook worry-free. The Microwave Rice Maker works with the full water absorption method and leverages the precision of microwave cooking to achieve consistent, flawless results every time. With this method, the rice won’t stick to the bottom of the container, and there’s no need to drain the rice or grains after cooking —they’re ready to serve immediately.

“Flip closure” handles make it effortless to open and handle with ease. Plus, the see-through window with maximum filling line allows you to easily see the contents level and ensures that you don’t overfill.

*Important guideline about cooked rice storage: Rice can sometimes contain bacteria spores known as Bacillus cereus. To ensure your rice is safe to eat, follow these steps: Once the rice has cooled, refrigerate it promptly. Store the rice for no longer than a day. When you’re ready to enjoy it again, make sure to reheat it thoroughly until it is steaming hot.

TIPS

Salt has an influence on the cooking time of rice. If you wish to add salt before cooking, calculate 2 to 4 minutes of additional cooking time for a teaspoon of salt when the Rice Maker is filled with 300mL of rice.
