I ordered this knife and 5 weeks later, after searching the tracking, it said it had been delivered 2 hours earlier. I got home, nothing. I called customer service only to find out this knife was not available. They said they put a credit on my card, no. He opened a case and gave me a case number. I was told I would get an email in 2-3 days. It was only 3 hours and the money was back on my card. Although I didn’t get the knife I wanted, Tupperware made it right.
