Opening & Closing

• To open, lift the steam-release vent tab, then raise the lid using the corner tab and rim.
• To close, keep the steam vent open, align the lid, press down in the center, then close the vent for an airtight, spill-proof seal.

Filling & Freezing

• Follow the max-fill lines:
• Straight line = everyday foods and leftovers.
• Wavy line = freezing liquids (soups, sauces) to allow safe expansion.
• Freezer-safe down to -13°F (-25°C).

Cooking & Reheating

• Microwave-safe: Heat with the lid on and the steam vent open to release pressure.
• After reheating or cooking in the microwave, always lift off the lid away from you to direct the steam away.
• Oven-safe up to 572°F (300°C): always remove the plastic airtight lid before baking or broiling.
• Borosilicate glass resists thermal shock but allow 10 minutes at room temperature when moving between freezer, fridge, microwave, or oven.
